Pa. Has emissions testing in the city, not in rural counties thank God. We call them city slicker stickers.
The regular inspections are a deal for the customer, for 38 dollars you get your vehicle completely gone over. That would normally cost you at least an hours worth of labor.
There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

I think in some places vehicles even have to pass emissions testing. Ridiculous. Back when I lived in the Chicago suburbs going to school, Emmisions testing just consisted of plugging into the OBD2 port and checking for codes and making sure certain monitors had passed (so that you couldn't just clear codes 5 minutes before you showed up). While government intrusion into our lives requiring inspections of private vehicles is bad, clean air and safe vehicles are a good thing.

I found when it started running rough. Tracked it to pluge on one side were burnt down. Took 60 k miles to be a problem I noticed. so I'm good for another 40 to 50 k before new plugs and wires. if the old truck last that long.
