Nice I didn't look close enough thought that was a pickup bed not a side by side,my bad.Still a very nice weight that late in the season, your right two weeks earlier it would have been 225-230 lbs all day long... I reckon it was Bruce’s Jeep Gladiator. Like a big sxs or small pickup. Beautiful buck, congrats! Happy trapping! ScottW

I've told this story on here before. Did a bear hunt trip to Maine years ago. Got talking with some locals about deer hunting in the area. One guy said something to the effect of last year my buck went 190 another said, that's a decent size for around here if you put your time in and don't smack a small one. I called them out as the biggest BS'rs ever. This was before smartphones, so they couldn't whip out pictures.. Bucks scoring 190" are normal??. Then they explained.... I didn't realize weight is the big thing in the northeast not rack size .

Nice, big Deer Bruce!
I was just talking about how big the Deer are up where you are.
