My dog wouldn't eat corn bread, when he was hungry. I can't say I am a fan. So I could not blame the dog. Once ever 8-10 years is enough to remind me why I don't eat it.

Corn bread goes well with bean soup around these parts.
My wife is from the south...Ky...good cook and she concocts some delicious recipes...mostly from her Grand Ma' from the hill..all hand written.
