Now Penny has to face a civil trial
Jordan Neely's dad, who was absent most of his Jordan's life, is now present and demanding justice $$$$ for his schizophrenic, drug-addicted, homeless, criminal of a son].
I'm thinking justice has already been done.
The "dad's" last name isn't even Neely. I hope the judge throws out the case.

It's all a repeat of the George Floyd scenario. Complete with buzzards like ANTIFA freaks wanting riots, screaming hate. Even the family members are the same caliber as Floyd's. It's truly embarrassing how these individuals have allowed themselves to be totally controlled as slaves, chained by emotion, anger, of the Democratic Plantation...again.
This stuff won't go down as it did four years ago. Not after President Trump is sworn in. Americans have had enough of the delinquent circus and tantrums. I like this lady! Well said!

? That aint how it works...they are typically immune from civil torts. So only one form of justice for those folks?

Saw a lady on TV who lives in NY. She said riding the subway is dangerous with little or no police protection. Lots of muggings and violence. She considered Penny a hero.
I don't watch football, so I don't know who Taylor Swift is, but he sounds fast.

Right and some people thought OJ not guilty as well, but the parents took him to court and broke him.
So nothing is really anything good or bad if some one else has enough funds to go personal on any one !
It happens more than people realize, most of Trumps charges are bogus just for stalling by the Demo's, yet any one can go personal on him and have tried, ending up having the charges thrown out !
Unfortunately, most who do these personal charges are just looking for quick founding with a poor lawyer, and are quickly noticed for what they are after !
