Anybody got an idea what kind of dog that is. Seems to be lost or is a "drop off". Pretty skiddish but the wife managed to lead it into the kennel. Daughter is going to post a found dog notification on her media. No collar or ID.

That fox was there pretty quick. I'm guessing it was already chasing it. Probably why it made that "leap".

had this a few times...not quite sure if the rabbit just despaired of life or something came by first and knocked the snare down and it blundered into it. Pretty sure the latter caused a few possum catches in snares for me.

I was wandering similar , it had seemed too high for the fox early on

I was also thinking the way it missed the fox and dog , maybe too much space and the brush pile extended a but to the right would have benefited the trail

I thought it was odd that I couldn’t see the snare in the night footage.

I stand corrected. Went back and watched it in more detail instead of fast forwarding to the catch part. Still stand by it having a cold tail.
