Some are ribbing ya a bit, including myself. But, there is a bit of sympathy there also.

I want to see the wounds that the rock came away with….

I once hit a herford steer that was about to run my over with a metal table leg. Being I was very young at the time I didn't know the a steer had that much bounce in their hide. So like a coyote road runner cartoon. That table leg even though I was still holding the small end. Came back as fast as I had swung it. Hit me right above the eye almost put me on my butt seeing stars. But I didn't get run over..

Where am I going with this story???

Ya bleed like a stuck hog from the forehead!

I was in the hills checking cat sets
It was a very rainy windy day
I was going about 20 on the Honda
And a rocks dropped from the sky.
I must of looked up
No helmet of course
I don’t know I get so lucky
It was a small slide.

I have been in some good fight in my day. No one ever hit me like this
I guess God is Good……

Thought maybe you head butted the fake Santa at the mall....

When I was around 18, my friend Dominique and I were one one side of a creek and my brother Kevin and Dominque's brother, our friend Bobby were on the other. We started throwing as large of rocks as we could in the creek to splash each other. After a while, Dominique, who was pretty crazy, started throwing baseball and softball size rocks as close to Bobby's head as he could, to make him duck. Then he hit Bobby in the center of his forehead with a softball sized rock, knocking Bobby out cold. Dominique and I hurriedly ran across the creek, in deep water, to check on Bobby. He was still breathing, to our great relief. After about 15 minutes, we were able to wake Bobby up. He was woosey and puked a lot. He had a worse cut than yours and grew an amazing goose egg. We crossed back over to our fishing gear and Dominique, who never learned, started throwing rocks to make Bobby duck again.

Bobby and Dominique both joined the Marines a few years later. Both got in trouble a lot. Bobby spent many months and several stints in the brigg. Dominique got in trouble almost continuously. During an important meeting, he started laughing while reading a letter from Bobby. The more his sergeant yelled at him, the more he laughed. They made him stand out in a field for hours, in full sun, in his boxers, holding a large rock out in each hand. Then they made him run, with a heavy pack, with a van driving behind him. If he slowed down, the van would bump him. Dominique eventually passed out from heat stroke and dehydration. They gave him an honorable medical discharge, that said he had a bad heart.

Bobby was 3rd plt b. Co. 1st Bb 8th MAR. 22nd MEU(SOC). He was redeployed from the MED directly to Mogadishu Somalia as a reinforcement/show of force in response to Operation Gothic Serpent more commonly referred to as Blackhawk Down.

All the guys I played with growing up, besides my brother, joined the military. I was a weird kid and always drilled them and built weapons and set up battle scenarios. They must have enjoyed it enough that all 11 guys I played with joined the military
