I can't speak for one company or another

but about 100% of them make their money figuring out how to take yours and not pay out when you need something or make it take a long time to be as cheap as possible.

wife's first job out of school was a home warranty company , the tactics were just dishonest , she tried to help people find help, just to find vendor after vendor were not getting paid out so no help was coming.

or try and figure out how it was a maintenance issue or any way not to pay out the claim.

when here 2nd or 3rd pay check bounced I said quit just be done

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

I had trouble before with sewer line, hopefully not collapse, when I sign up for ins, it was to good to be true that they would even cover replace line, hard to believe as cost thousands

What was the problem last time? Maybe the same thing now.

There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

I just filed a $5200 claim to State Farm after backing into a utility pole. It didn't give.

I think Copper Sulfate crystals are still used to help keep tree roots out.

The solution to the problem is that the sewer line needs replaced. Old sewer lines with multiple joints are bound to shift over a period of years along with the break down of the pipe itself like the old Orange Burg composite which crumbles in time allowing roots to enter. There is no stopping roots from seeking water - and cutting a good tree down is the last thing that should be done. Dave didn't you have this same problem before?

Yes the plumber say it Might be Orangeburg pipe, whatever that is, I had trouble with it before that cost way over a $1000, I have used copper sulfate about once every 2 months, probly don't work

You're just wasting your money dumping chemicals down your drain. Do it right - replace the pipe - and be done with it.
