How much do you think politics affects your life? Is it really a lot more than just emotional? I asked my boss about how it affects his business. He said about 15%. Do you think your life is significantly affected? This isn't a left or right debate. Just a simple question.

Economy affects my business the most along with state regulations. MN fees and taxes affect me far more than national politics

If it affects taxes, price of gas and groceries, and cheapens labor, then it affects everyone.

Politics effects every facet of our lives.
That's why we need term limits.

It affects most all of our lives in one way or another, some times more negative than positive, think that just depends on
what is seen as the more important movement during the year !

In our country as in most others we really don't have much of a say about politics in a controlling way in our lives
we just have to make the best of it, to change things takes a tremendous amount of time and effort most don't really
understand or wish to be involved in.

Term limits is start and lets congress know people are watching !

It really does. Everyone should see and feel that. From gas, food, taxes, housing, expenses, vacations , everything. In huge inflation jumps. Jan 20 cannot get here fast enough...ask the folks who have had loved ones, like their kids, killed in rampant crime. I'd say , yeah, it's indeed emotional for those loved ones. All is a direct effect of politics. It has ruined more plans, hopes and dreams on this forum alone than anyone will ever know.

All my outdoor activities in NY are effected 100% by state politics and my life is affected 100% by trapping hunting and fishing. Easy math

Politics is at every level of our lives. There are the politics of government which can be School Board, town, village, city, state national and international and others. There are also the a whole raft of non governmental politics of society be that church, any and all organizations and even families. How much do all these things impact my life today? I don't feel I have a really good grasp of the totality of politics in my life.
