Don’t kid yourselves, the committee is still in control. When you rank 85% of the top twelve teams every year weeks before any games of consequence with two conferences teams the big and sec you will still have a hoax of a playoff. The only difference is now an independent such and ND gets in otherwise again it would have been a big and sec matchup and an espn wet dream. Arizona State was robbed two weeks ago buy a non targeting call that was such a joke even the media had to call it. Big money will run this in the ground guaranteed…

Ohio State cheated. The refs called all the penalties on Texas. Ohio State paid all their players over 38 billion dollars. All of Ohio State's players are professionals playing against young boys. All of Texas' starters and 2nd stringers were hurt and out for the season (because the SEC is way tougher than any other conferences) and they had to play 3rd and 4th stringers. If it wasn't for all these advantages Tennessee and or Texas would have beat them by 50 points!!!!

I know ND has been offered many times to join the Big 10. Dunno if they ever took it seriously. Would be a better fit.

Don't hold me to this, but I read a couple years ago that they are affiliated with the ACC.

It said the the other school programs are in the ACC with the exception of the football program which is still considered independent even tho they must play 5 ACC games a season.
