That looks good Nessy. We had leftover hamburger steak, mashed potatoes with gravy and cottage cheese.

Not stahted yet so no pics...Ribeye in the cast iron chicken fryah with potato wedges in the air fryah.

Too late for a photo Nessmuck. We had a 2” thick rolled ribeye cap steak fried in cast iron with beef tallow along with a twice-baked potato & green beans heated up in the beef frying pan leavings!

Had some ribeyes in the #8 cast iron tonight ourselves. No tallow though wish we did. Garlic butter noodles and French cut green beans

Ribeye steaks, onions and portabella mushrooms cooked in butter and olive oil. All done up in a newly restored and reasoned cast iron skillet.

Cabbage soup using leftover sauerkraut from New years day meal.
