My calves are almost always too large for barn boots. Have to hike my blue jeans up and wedge my legs in. Not too comfortable and chaffs my legs. Don't wear much for winter coats, usually Carhartts and they're made for large arms and legs

Don’t order any of that expensive gear like Sitka on line. Try it on first. Dans has more of a custom fit for their froggers though. If they don’t have it already made in their stock, they’ll make it for you.

Well pretty much all clothing is coming from China or other third world sweat shops, sizing is all over the place. Companies don't care cause the stuff is cheap and profits high....

Duluth pants , although I get them a size larger still to have room for my legs and room in the waistband for the days I am IWB carry

the belt is important for my pants staying on.

buy coats a size larger also depending on the cut but 4xl is common to get it to fit right.

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

This has been the case for decades, especially from the Asian countries where people are more slightly built. Then, US sizing doesn't make any sense either. I'm 5'8" and 150 lbs. What sense does it make that I have to buy large shirts? It's just about ego I think. Nobody wants to be small so we have XL, XXL, XXXL ect.

I've noticed a trend in recent years of making sleeves tight instead of loose with an elastic cuff. You can't put on a jacket with the tight sleeves without your shirt sleeve ending up at the elbow. I hate it, but it lets the mfgs use less material so they love it.

That's the reason i wear a vest most of the time. I take a xxl coat but the arms are always short. A 3x the arms are ok but to big otherwise. You definitely have to try stuff on nowadays.

As stated in earlier post Duluth trading companies I’ve gotten great results from there pants /shirts /coats as far asrubber boots it’s a toss up and most places sell clothes on the small size so people can say I’m a 32 lol look at these women in spandex they buy a size 1 when they know they a 12 but they are stretch to fit just visit wal-mart you’ll see what I’m sayin lol

I am not the only one then ! For all day out I use gaitors for the deep snow but for in and out at home it would be nice to let your pant legs go inside the boots .
