I like Buffalo wings a lot and I also love bleu cheese, with the crumbles. But I also like old bay wings or salt n vinegar wings. NO to butter and garlic. Instant indigestion

If you live around here you eat them shaken in Franks and butter. If you want them hotter add whatever you want.
If you want them sweet add concord grape jelly.

And they are always served with blue cheese and celery.

Never and I repeat never with Ranch. Those would be considered fighting words. And would give yourself away as a tourist.

Then there's the big discussion of flats or drums....I like both just as much

During wing eating contests out here the flat ones are preferred by the winners. You put the wing in your mouth and pull on the end then with your front teeth stripping it to the two bones clean. Winner winner chicken dinner!

Never found anything I liked in Buffalo. Local buffalo ranch sells delicious meat. Only parts of a chicken I like are drumsticks thighs and gizzards.
