Of you guys and gals that live in the stix use Starlink for internet service and tv ? The provider I did have sold out to some other company. Lost service during severe storms and or heavy snow storms. The last 2 playoff game’s it was buffering so bad you couldn’t tell what was going on in the game. Gonna have something else before the superbowl gets played.

… I use a hotspot thing with my cell phone plan… it works if you only run one tv or anything else at a time … wife is checking on starlink

I checked into the starlink and the basic setup is 350$. Then in my area it’s 130$ a month for service. You do the installation yourself. Getting tired of losing coverage during storms and my current wife is getting tired of holding a dried possum tail up in the air to see if it’s lightning.

No complaints here.

We use starlink it is great. Installing it is super simple.

Best move I ever made internet wise was going to starlink!

No service loss due to heavy cloud cover in storm??

We have it at our remote location in Alaska haven't lost coverage due to weather conditions.

Mine will go out for a minute or two during a heavy electrical storm when the worst is directly overhead.

Otherwise, no.
