Great moving forward, but I can see a huge issue with this in any prior case and/or the Supreme Court making a ruling if it were to be challenged.

(a) It is the policy of the United States that no department or agency of the United States government shall issue documents recognizing United States citizenship, or accept documents issued by State, local, or other governments or authorities purporting to recognize United States citizenship, to persons: (1) when that person’s mother was unlawfully present in the United States and the person’s father was not a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident at the time of said person’s birth, or (2) when that person’s mother’s presence in the United States was lawful but temporary, and the person’s father was not a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident at the time of said person’s birth."

I just "googled" Trumps EO's for entertainment value. Dear Lord is there a lot of crazy people out there. Makes me appreciate more and more living WAY out in nowhere by WI standards. So after scanning over the lawsuit that temporarily blocks the birthright citizenship EO, it would appear that the ACLU shall be adopting all the alien babies. What could go wrong there???? Part I don't understand in the lawsuit is they are suing on behalf of Immigrants’ Rights. These are not immigrants. Immigrants applied for access to the US and come legally. We are blocking illegal aliens from getting access to being here and any benefits by baby bombing.

Over the last few years, the Chinese government spent hundreds of million of dollars sending pregnant Chinese women to the US and putting them in Chinese owned birthing hotels until they deivered their babies and received the babies' US citizenship documents. They then send the mother's and babies back to China, where the legally American babies are indoctrinated by the Chinese Communist Party. Because of their US citizenship, those babies will be able to own stuff non US citizens can't and take jobs, forbidden to foreign citizens. Their citizenship should be revoked to prevent them from being used against us.

Last year, Nick Shirley exposed on his interview channel that one of the largest migrant hotels in New York City only housed pregnant illegal aliens, who were kept their until a couple of months after giving birth. Most of the women waiting for anchor babes were illegal aliens from Venezuela, Honduras and Guatemala.
