JP, this is in view of viruses.
Patrice could fill in other info about this , better than I.
Wolfie, there has been old time medicine used in the world forever. Every country has its ways , time honored, of dealing with various ailments. Some of those have worked so expansively, they have been spread in knowledge all over the world. The use of medicinal plants , for example, have been time-honoured by everyone.

Yes sir, Wolfie. DMSO has a LONG list of things that are amazing for different health factors, pain is one of the most remarkable treatments it serves. Don't use it neet right off, unless you're used to it. Start out with a water mix around 50/50. It goes well in creams for pain or carrying disinfectants. Many creams already have an amount mixed in , but its easy to mix your own at the strength desired. Rusty...whinnies are fine...those who begin to bray need to wonder ... I have used DMSO but it makes me itch bad, I will try the dilute 50/50. I buy the Ivomec injectable 1% and mix a couple cc in orange juice. no taste

I use the Ivermectin injectable 1% too. 1cc per 100lbs. Drink it with what ever, I never tried it as a injection.

Get 1% solution for injection, coop farm store. 1-1.5 cc in some orange juice all good. The paste tastes like crap and the injectable can put in any kind of juice ..
Mjm just saw you’re post doubled it up..

Digger, yes that itch is common for those not used to using it. A gradual strength application is what works for many. I itched a bit on the application site too at first. Mixing it with water or anything else really helps .
I forgot to say too, it is a superb carrier and instantly absorbs into the skin down to the cellular levels and bloodstream , with whatever it picks up along the way...so make sure you have clean hands , or the application site is washed clean free of any oils or soil first.
Then apply. Medicinal creams and medications are great to mix DMSO with , as they are absorbed for magnified effect immediately.
The list of good things DMSO does for many different ailments has long been studied and documented. Easing chronic pain is top of the list. Vets love to use it with other topical meds to act as a supreme carrier in poultice , bandages, or simply rubbing it into joint and hands .
Just make sure the area is clean of anything else that may be on the skin that you dont want absorbed also.

So are you guys just using this to prevent a cough and cold, or is it also to prevent cancer, maybe cure cancer, get rid of parasites and worms?
I’ve been seriously thinking about starting using. I’m giving it a try for skin cancer. I’m even going to try it topically. Can’t hurt !

So one of the very first reasons for the development of ivermectin was to prevent river blindness in Africa. The found a parasite in the river water that was making the villagers blind. I have a friend who worked for the University of NM that helped with the testing of it. This is first hand knowledge not internet propagation. If you use DMSO be prepared for the bad breath that accompanies it.

You people really eat horse paste? It is not "horse paste". Research is your friend. Ivermectin has been AMA approved for decades. The same "horse paste " we are describing. Its used on humans and many animals alike. Working as a vet assistant , I saw many country wide popular veterinarians use some of the very creams and medications that they used on animals. Every state in the country, and other countries around the world, now widely agree with the effectiveness of Iver. Correct 100%

I'm a little concerned reading this because I see the topic rapidly switching back and forth between different chemicals. If you post, it might be a good idea to specifically mention which chemical you're referring to in each comment.
Ivermectin was first used as a wormer, first in animals and then in humans. River blindness is caused by a parasitic worm that travels to the hosts eyes (yipes). I remember visibly cringing when we studied it in parasitology. Anyway, Ivermectin kills that and numerous other types of internal and external parasites. It won the Nobel prize in medicine for parasitic applications.
In more recent history, Ivermectin has been found to kill COVID-19 and also appears to ward off seasonal influenza and the RSV virus. I am not familiar with other applications, but it is time for me to go back and read some more research. Who knows what other research is being conducted. Probably more to come!
