sigpros trapper S Joined: Nov 2008 Smithville, Missouri	We had some hiccups getting it going. Paid to have it installed and the guy didn’t lock it down and the wind blew the dish off and ruined it. Customer service is weird because you can’t call anyone you have to email and wait. It took like 4 days before they replied but they sent us a new dish and refunded the install fee. It runs good and we aren’t even in a good coverage area. We stream tv and my kids can do school work on it. So far I’m very happy with it.
