Thanks to President Trump's policies, which are very pro soldier, the US Army had the most new recruits sign up to serve in 15 years. An average of 346 recruits a day signed up to defend our country. May they all have safe and fulfilling careers.

Well his track record the first round on not going to war is the best wh have had in my life at least since I have been old enough to know what's going on in the world. Just think if we get a government that supports our troops again I just may suggest the boys look into the military as options when they get older.

Psst. "Your" boys are gonna do what they wanna do when they get old enough to make their own decisions.

I hope, for their sake, that once they do, they have a commander in chief that doesn't get them killed.

For the record, though, I imagine anyone's chances would be better under Trump, than Biden.

I'm just tired of us always being embroiled in middle eastern BS.

That does not mean, that I don't think people should decide for themselves whether or not to serve.

All I am saying is that I am GLAD more people than usual are signing up to serve.... and that I hope it turns out well.

It's time for America to go back to being a military superpower again.

It would be except the talking heads in the media can’t just let us enjoy it. Most of them deserve a slap as a response to their “insinuating questioning.”

It's good news for sure. I just wish the USA wasn't the world's babysitter. I'm not worried about these next 4 years. It's the rest of the time after.

I think it’s not as much a change in our stance and the impression we make in the world as it is getting involved in something with a level playing field. It’s the American way.
The American military has a lot to offer young people including future education and health benefits. Who wants to eat grass, crawl thru mud, study and bust hump just to be told your efforts were great but your the wrong color, gender, or type to be advanced at this time.
We tend to learn best from people of accomplished strength and or wisdom, whoever that is. Not an artificial mock up of what a leader should be.

Should it come to harms way, stand me next to my equal, lead me with the best, I’ll hold up my end and we’ll all make it home.
