Beaver is pretty fun and easy, but I trap a bit of everything. Even saw cat tracks this winter and made some pens, but they didn’t come back. Wolf is what I really like, but it’s best doing it alone. I’ve told bud to wait 15min, I’m just going to check a spot in there, then I come back out 2 hours later and say I need more gear from the shack…lol A better question might be what trapping do you like the least. I guess if I was strictly coon or ermine trapping, that’d be my least liked trapping, but I’m usually planting for other stuff too.

MInk & coyotes.
When I learned to trap mink, mink were all I trapped. I did the same with coyote. I’ve always been a believer in depth of focus be it trapping, welding, or any other activity where the degree of my effort directly equates to the degree of my success!

Skunks and coyotes but cats are moving up the line fast! Honestly I like trapping most anything.
