If you turned the heat down in the house it would be closer to the being the same as the out side temperature. It was 59 in the kitchen this morning when I first got up. It was -28 here yesterday morning and is -22 right now. It has dropped eight degrees in the last hour and a half. It says -22 for a low tonight. So you should have more coming. I always show 6-8 degrees colder then what the say.

The garage is 70 degrees..........and that is where I will be spending the day. The cold never used to bother me but it sure does now.

If it gets down to 70 degrees in this house somebody ain't putting wood in the stove and she knows who she is, lol.

Always blows my mind how cold it gets in northern MN. Any time its gonna get cold here I look and see what it is there.

Wife's family is from Cass Lake. Been there several times. One of the coldest places I've ever been was there in Feb for a funeral.

Always a week of this extreme BS cold weathah each wintah. So, for me I don't do much in the outdoors annd cames me stay around and get other things done that need attention also.

It can make a guy barn sour though of this too much of indoor BS.

I am good with that as long as I get to be the Big spoon..

It normally costs me about $1500 per year to heat the house and garage. Some years I have sold almost that much firewood and it helped offset the propane costs.
