I can call my doctor and get seen tomorrow. To get my husband an appt through the VA takes 3 months. To note though... in an emergency... you can go to ANY ER and the VA will cover it... if it is an emergency. Just give me one thing, that I can hold on to. We will watch to see how that plays out over the near and long term future. local VA officers are feeling that disability claims and processes will be the first major issues of concern. The one VA hospital I attend for vision work has never been fully staffed and may well lose several positons. I will find out later this spring. Bryce
