and it started letting me know about it yesterday. The disk are not happy again but I'm not incapacitated yet just very uncomfortable sitting standing and walking.

Hopefully it's a few days of discomfort and goes away and not one of the 3 to 5 days of can't get even get up to use the bathroom spells.

Even when is discomfort and still able to mostly function it sure let's you know you were taking being healthy for granted.

Be thankful when your feeling good. I know I take it for granted and guess most of us do untill we have an issue.

Wish you the best.
I don't know how old you are, but I've learned over the years that getting old isn't for sissies!

My doctor suggested I start doing squats, so I moved all the beer to the bottom shelf of my fridge.

My wife bought a big inflatable exercise ball, it's the bees knees when it comes to stretching out my back.

The WORST!
I have every therapy device known to man at home. Tens unit, inversion table, massage gun…
When the back says it’s had enough, it doesn’t matter…

I went Tuesday and got shots in lower back they also gave me pills that don’t work only thing I have found is a belt called fit belt and I wear it from time I get up till bed time it relieves the pain by pressing on spine and take 2 Tylenol arthritis every 6hours I’m told surgery is only way to fix me but this is working for now so no cut on me I hope everyone with back problems get it together and take care of ourselves

I will my problem is I drive a big truck so I’m not allowed to take any prescription pain medication due to DOT regulations so I’ve got to take over the counter meds to keep going

Sorry for your pain. Ice packs help me more than anything. Hot tub is great as well.

Best to keep moving as much as you can sometimes what you put out of place you can work back into place. My back was out several weeks ago it got a bit better but worked loose when I rolled a larger round to the splitter.

Was born in a Big City Will die in the Country OK with that!

Worst pain ever, that I have felt. Would have eaten a pound of glass shards on a promise to make the pain go away.

Did the chiropractor thing. Not good. What helped me over the past 20 years is understanding that I have a problem, and listening to my body.
There is a twinge that shows up as a warning. Ice and a bit of rest prevents the debilitating episodes for me, now.

I find cold therapy to the region better than heat. Numb and shrink the inflamation.
