Pup prices got ridiculous. I'll not give up looking. In a different direction. They are dogs FCOL.
I try not to whine about others legal outdoor activities.

The drone footage of this is horrible optics that will be used against hunting with dogs. What percent of voters would like what they see and hear with this?
United we stand.

Stupid, same reason I hate deer drives, I like trapping or calling because it puts my intelligence against an animals, the greatest game of chess i get to play. If I can make them step in the exact right spot and I make all the moves right I win, if not they win. If I can't play that way, I'd rather not play the game. I like fair odds not stacked decks I always thought drives were the most sporting way to hunt deer. Driving deer from their hiding spots into a wall of well placed shooters is sporting? Reminds me of the Jerry Clower story- we forced the coon out of the tree in amongst 30 dogs, but the coon had the option of whipping all them dogs and walking away

Making good coyotes out of them, don't appear to be hurting anything else. I have no problem with it. If it's legal and you want to do it go ahead. I agree it shouldn't be on social media, a vast majority of trapping videos shouldn't be either. That’s all I was saying. I’m a hunting dog junkie. I’ve got 7 beagles and labs in the kennel right now. Had coonhounds nonstop for 45 years until the coon market tanked. Been bear hunting with hounds. I love hunting with good dogs be they hounds, bird dogs, or retrievers. Those greyhounds are doing what they are bred to do. It’s a relatively little known sport. And if I had a kennel full of greyhounds, I’d want to keep it that way! I wonder if they are using the drones as part of the hunt or if they are just filming with it?

It's not right IMO to put down folks who choose a different legal way of doing things than I might.

so i have gotten in some pretty heated debates about this on other social platforms ironicly most of these guys dont get it and probabl never will until they are not able to do it any more because the antis and animal rights activists have shut them down as a hunter, houndowner and trapper stop putting these videos up for one it looks bad,two how much sport is in it when you chase a coyote across a field or two with your truck than turn your dogs loose and be proud and excitied that your dogs just caught and killed the coyote mean while the coyote was done before you turned the dogs loose yes i get its legal but in most places using a vehicle to chase an animal isnt i know the game wardens are cracking down on stuff like that here i know even the scent hound hunting community has reduced what they post online because of bad feedback i love when my hounds catch coyotes but would never post it my family has chased coyotes since they showed up here in the the 60s and we still do it as group of riends and familybut for these guys to say its legal and sporting is just deplorable as sportsman and will probably end up being the sole cause of hunting with dogs stopped Everything does not have to be about sporting.Who cares if it is so called sporting.People can't shoot grouse are pheasants on the ground because its not sporting. Can't shoot ducks in the water because its not sporting. Can't shoot deer over bait because its not sporting.People trap because they are to lazy and let the traps do all the work is not sporting.....It gos on and on....blah blah blah.....You get their way outlawed and your next.I support all legal trapping, hunting, and fishing regardless if it is my way or not.

I support hunting, trapping, etc but I'm not naive, posting stuff like this online will be the end of running dogs. Why do they feel the need to post these videos? Attention seeking goofballs will end up causing a FEDERAL BAN on using dogs. Feds banned rooster fighting and they sure as heck can ban this too.
These videos are undoubtedly being saved and edited to show the worst parts, it will have an effect. Posting any pictures or videos of any kind are all being twisted around and saved.

It is what it is.We harvest animals as God intended us to.The people living away from real life in their own unrealistic lives don't know any better and want it outlawed thinking the wolf can sit with the rabbit and eat lettuce. With or without these and all videos of hunting, trapping, and fishing thru the cities they will always be trying to outlaw things.A little at a time. Some day I think we will see it where people will finally have enough and revolt.

If it’s legal have at it. I don’t see much sport in it even with the dogs. They run a coyote for who knows how long and then drive up beside it and release the dogs to kill it. I’d be impressed if they scent hunted the coyote and jumped it, then it would really showcase the dogs when they caught it. Went out with the coon dog guy the other night and he put his old girl down just to let her run a bit and she hit on an old boar coon that ran her for a little over a mile before treeing! That joker hit a creek and crossed it, went another 700yds and doubled back. Now that was some impressive dog work for a 9yr old. He won’t win anymore comps with her, but she’s still got the grit to get it done. In the video they started running the coyotes by scent with hounds untill they could see the coyote and drop the other dogs onto it.

Its also pretty brutal when coyotes kill beagles while rabbit hunting.Pretty awesome watching this.Congrats.......way to go x2, some guys around me had there hunting dogs attacked and i definitly dont want my cur getting attacked so i would love to see those greyhounds smash a yote
