Found and bought an original pair of 67 camaro bucket seats for $400. I'd rate these at 90%. Need two new backs and some foam to make perfect. No tears, vinyl in excellent shape. Chrome knobs need replacing. Tracks work perfectly. These are rare to find in this condition. Roasted ones go for 650-850. Excellent ones 1,200-1500 sometimes more.

Still looking. Now those seem to be more rare then what I found today. Couldn't pass up at that price. When the times comes and I find original 72 seats. I'll sell them to recoup some my cost.

Vinke, working on a number matching 72 Nova SS car. I'm doing a resto-mod. Didn't come with air. So vintage air it will have. Plus all the chrome that came for that generation nova. Tilt column, etc.
So, not 100% original. I don't have 80 to 100,000 and years for that to happen. Hope to complete in 3-5 years.

I have a 72 350 steel crank 4 bolt motor.
Might still have the th350 short shaft.

I had tonnage at one time.
Most don't realize the cost to keep it.

When I put my 70 Chevelle together in 2004, it had a front bench seat. I found a parts car, another 70, that was basically just a chassis. But it had both bucket seats, track and foam were good. I bought the cover kits and they came out great. Only paid $500 for donor car, sold some parts off it ….got my $500 back, plus hauled the frame to the scrap yard.

If you have never been to Carlisle for one of their flee markets, you should go.

I pull the buckets out of every mini D50 pickup I find as long as the frames are good the material can be replaces easily, the frame and tracks are tough to find it sounds like you did good on your find.

Ya all old bucket seats for muscle cars are very hard to find these days.Used to have several sets of all years-now I have one set of 68 seats left and that's it. Good score though
