It got up to 39 today. That is up 73 degrees from the low a week ago. I was out snow blowing with a a walk behind in a t shirt. I started in a t shirt and gortex coat and got too hot. I took the coat off and was out over two hours in my t shirt out of the four hours. The sun was out and not much wind. The drive way needed some work. The snow drifted in so hard you could drive over it and not leave much of a track. Some of it was two foot deep. I had to chip it out with a spade and then blow it. I busted two shear pins on the auger, It was hard. it is nice when you can drive over it, but as it warm up you will break though. Ask how I know.

I show 30 now. 0656 It was nice being out were it was warm enough you didn't think you might freeze something you might want. I am planning on moving more snow tomorrow.

36 here in northern Maine today.

43F here now. Most of the daytime temperatures here, for the next 10 days, are supposed to be in the fifties. I hope to get a lot done outside, but it's very muddy and slippery. I'm also going to get some fans going in the windows and suck.out the stale air from the house.

It was warm here today, thunderstorms right now.

I saw they had a tornado in Watertown SD today. It was in the mid 40s. I am glad for the warm up. Now days to me 30+ below is no fun.
