I'm looking an all around 12ga pump. One I can do anything with. I've looked at the CZ 612 but am undecided. would like more options. Do any of yall have a suggestion?

I like the Browning BPS. I have three - the 3" 12a., 3.5" 12ga and a 10 ga. All have been used hard and never fail. An added plus for me is the bottom eject since I'm a left handed shooter.

I looked at the Remington 870 but would like something just a little more quality.

Did you look at the 870 Wingmaster or the entry level 870?

If you want something that never breaks, get an 870. I haven't played with the new "Field Master" but if nothing else look at a used Wingmaster.

I have nothing clever to put here.

The 870 is tried and proven to be reliable, doubt you'll find more quality unless you mean more pretty.

There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

Remington wingmaster is also my pick that being said a Browning bps is also excellent shotgun. I would go handle those 2 and purchase the one you like the best

Look at an used Remington "Wingmaster" they came in a deluxe version. You won't be disappointed in the build.

I have an 870 express. Reasonable gun and has never failed. It gets used hard.

If all my guns were gone, the first firearm I would buy is an 870. A used Wingmaster is good but I really like the "Special Purpose if you can find one.

Lots of older 870 out there kind of like the old long spring trap good quality for cheap a great first gun heavy enough to absorb some recoil for a new shooter . I like the nova but they are light that might not be a good thing. Find a wing master they are better quality get a 3 inch if you’re going after turkeys.

The 870 Pump was my first shotgun 12 ga. It has been the best shotgun of all and my go too. Still use it. Got it when I was 12 yrs. old. Never had a problem with it except the scratches on the stock and fore piece from many years in the field handling it and going thru the brush and briars.

I guess another vote for it.
