How long is the race and how many days does it take to complete?
I got myself a seniors' GPS. Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination, it tells me why I wanted to go there.

Yes she is. But Jessie Holmes is looking very good as well. He is the guy on the show Yukon Men isn't he?
I have nothing clever to put here.

How long is the race and how many days does it take to complete? The race is 1128 miles long this year. Since the race has been rerouted, it is the longest Iditarod in history. The race typically takes 7-9 days for most of the field to complete it. We are expecting mushers to finish in 8-10 this year since it will be longer.

Cool thread, thanks Husky. Best thing you can feed a working dog IMO. Nitro for dogs! I know my Chesapeake’s would dig through 3’ of coon carcasses to get to one beaver on the bottom of the pile. Got them ginned up like crazy and even slightly more egressive around other dogs. We’r thinking about saving some beaver meat and adding it to our labs kibble when we’re hunting them hard.
