There’s a lot to be thankful for when living in a small town with a good Sheriff.
Ours would rather show up to a break in or assault and call the corner vs taking up jail space. Pull a gun on our Deputies and you will leak, a lot! And most likely leak out before an ambulance arrives. What’s even better is if folks (criminals) know this, they are less likely to commit certain crimes in our county/town. If you “know” you can receive leaks throughout your body and it’s encouraged if you commit certain crimes crimes, it becomes quite the deterrent vs a “law” that gives them free reign because they know you can’t fight back.

The current law says you must flee instead. If it somehow passed, governor goofy would veto it.

Democrats don't control the House, right now Republicans do 67-66. After the special election Tuesday it likely will be 67-67.

^ who's the tie breaker?

How many lies will people believe before they realize their own idiocy?

There isnt one. A tie is better than Democrat control for Trappers by a long shot. For the first time in years there's not a single anti-trapping bill in the Minnesota House of Representatives. At least not yet

The lieutenant governor is the tie breaker, but that's in the senate only. However, even if the bill would pass Tampon Tim will veto it.

That is an excellent look at how effective less than lethal is. I almost didn't make it through all the disclaimers at the start, glad I did it's worth it. Thanks for posting it.
