I had a cheese and taco meat three egg omelet for breakfast, then chicken, a green salad along with some blue berries for dinner. Done eating for the day. Pretty much carb free.

Can’t quite tell how big it is but it’s either Bairdi or more likely Opilio crab. Marketed as Snow Crab. Mild and delicious They suck compared to dungeons 1st… King second……. Maine lobster tails…….3rs,,,sorry easties……. How do you post a "thumbs up" on T'man abyway?

I like the flavor of them on the half shell, but not too excited about the texture. Fried they a pretty good, but best imo is to let them pop open on a grill or around a fire, then a squeeze of lemon and/or tabasco.
