I have three Arctic Cat fourwheelers out here with over 20,000 miles on them and my "new" one has 18,000 on it now. Hondas are tougher and more reliable, but Arctic Cat made models that fit my uses better and I found them more reliable than the other brands. My 2010 had a ton of electrical issues, as did two other people I know of with identical 2010 models, all of us had the wiring harness replaced under warranty but the wire they used in the wiring harness for that year was junk and we continued to have issues with the replacement harnesses, probably half of my harness on that fourwheeler is not original wire, but wire that I have spliced in. I use my fourwheelers hard, but keep up maintenance on them, replace oil regularly, etc. Two of those fourwheelers are parked, one is strictly a parts fourwheeler, but I've never had a motor go in one, the two that are parked still ran when I parked them. Suspension, ball joints, wheel bearings, cv axles, etc. Snapped the frame in half on one and welded it back together, but never had a motor go.
I would be a little leery, considering the fact they are advertising a Kawasaki for sale but picturing an Arctic Cat. Also, Arctic Cat is going out of business this year, which could cause an issue getting parts. The one you pictured has a Suzuki motor (as did virtually all older Arctic Cats) so you can probably find parts for the motor, but the rest of the bike may be hit or miss on availability.
