Heard there is a lot of fur at Athol. No idea what that means or what they are comparing it to.

Also heard George Kortum is there. That always makes things more exciting and interesting.

Having George there should help a lot.

Dropped off about a hundred ‘rats there at 11:00 this morning. I was surprised at how many cats were there. I didn’t hang around, had my grandsons with me. Lots of fur there.

Hopefully get some good prices on the bobcats at least.

It’s after 10 PM in north Idaho. Do you suppose the sale is still going on? That community center isn’t that big, not sure where they would put that much fur!!

I was up there earlier but didnt stick around for when they turned the bids in. I think I heard they had 203 cats there, which is a lot for that little sale. George was there, Groenwold's buyer was really looking over the cats and spending quite a bit of time on the nicer put up lower end ones, so with any luck for them guys he will push George to bid better, Eric Salzman was there and Frank (don't remember his last name) to buy up the miscellaneous and Jerry Taylor other than that I don't know what there was for buyers. Couple hundred beaver anyways, a bunch of skunks, quite a few otter and marten and a surprising number of red fox for a sale in an area with virtually no fox. I seen half a dozen wolf hides there, but only a couple that were any good. There was some really nice put up fur, and some pretty poor put ups.
