I am just curios what the chemo drip does , just because I like to understand the reason and process

I am driving the chemo bus tomorrow so while I am not the one getting the treatment I hang out in infusion clinic 2 out of every 3 weeks and it is always interesting to understand what they are trying to do.

I have a disease called ANCA-associated vasculitis it is the cause of all the other problems. (except the hole in my heart) It makes your body attack its self. It made my body attack it's kidneys, skin and blood. It could have been worse. It could have gone for other organs that would have been even harder to come back from. There is no cure for this, only treatment, which is a type of chemo every 6 months.
