Salmon filet, looked at buying tuna and fresh caught is now 40 dollars a pound here now, so that's off the menu for awhile.

Shrimp, baby taters, corn on the cob, and some kinda sausage, usually cajun or andouille but whatever you want I guess. And then I use a Zatarains crab boil spice pouch, that has all the spices in a lil bag you just throw in the pot.

I put the spice pouch and taters in first, let the taters boil 5 minutes or so, then throw in the corn and sausage, let it come back to a boil and boil 3-4 minutes, then throw in the shrimp until they turn pink.

Was at the town market this afternoon.....saw Canadian Lobsters in the tank 19.99 lb.

Those will probably die in there.....

The Spoon Roast I bought was 8.99 lb...wasn't too bad

Grilled a few ribeyes, t-bones and porterhouse steaks, had some party potatoes, 7 layer salad and garlic bread with them in the shop with some friends and family, broke in the new to me pool table and had a few adult beverages. Pretty good evening. Just a bit too cold for a bonfire or it'd been perfect.

Spoon roast- We call it a blade roast, best part of a deer. Tonight we barbecued half a chicken, wrapped a potato in foil and added green beans, my wife's favorite meal.
