I buy oil from Costco when it's on sale . 5 quart jugs in boxes . About $3.15 a quart for synthetic
I've even had boxes of oil shipped to my door for free . Not sure how that pencils out for them

I don't even have a Costco membership a co-worker does , as do some friends and family
when the oil sale comes around my co-worker is always watching for oil , I start shelling out 20s to cover the cost he has it shipped to my door.
I need some more 5w20 next time the sale rolls around
it was $32.xx for 10 quarts last time I ordered. that was shipped.

can't imagine paying anyone to change my oil. only one way to know 100%sure it was done correct. Took my company truck to a new lof express place the other day. Sat in the truck while they did it and watched the whole process from a camera in the pit on a monitor mounted on the wall. Could very clearly see that it was done right. That's Cool

The free oil change on my last truck they forgot or did not tighten a skid plate bolt it took a bit to figure it out. The oil change guy in many garages is the bottom of the totem pole entry level position. I worked at a Lincoln dealer many years ago the kid put brake fluid in the master cylinder and ruined the rubbers on the brake hydraulics.
He said, “ all hydronic fluid is the same” just before he was fired.
Was born in a Big City Will die in the Country OK with that!

About 30 years ago my mom was moving from Washington to Virginia. Before she drove across the Country she had her oil changed at Firestone. On her way down Lolo Pass from Idaho into Montana her car engine siezed up. The tow truck drive said her oil drain plug was missing. Firestone put her up in a motel for a couple of days, flew her to Virginia, paid to ship her belonings to Virginia, put a new engine in her car in Missoula then shipped her car to her. They even paid for her rental car for a few weeks in Virginia. Glad I wasn't that guy who changed her oil

buy you a new one FREE oil changes for 2 years or life !! LOl
YEA you will love spending the whole day sitting in the customer service dept.
John Deere riding mower's have rigged up oil filter's now as well, best check what it cost for one of those before you buy a new one also!
No i don't own any of that bs, cousin bought a new rider and told me about it last sunday. I'll stick to my old stuff i can afford. I changed oil in my John Deere GX345's as I have two of them. It was cheaper to go to John Deere and buy oil and filters, both air and oil. Cheaper than I could buy on Amazon. With exact same oil and filters.

Synthetic Rotella 15-40w was $22 a gallon at Menards. Rotella non-synthetic is $35 for 2.5 gallons. Parts store is about the last place to buy oil !
