Rhonda has done this for the past 54 years. It has been her calling. She was also 19 when she started her career as a housewife and a mother at 24 years old..

Yep. My wife is a dandy too.

My wife has been an excellent mother, homeschool teacher, gardener, Sunday School teacher, artist, all of which would've been a struggle if she'd of had a job. Both of my Grandmas and my Mom were housewives, I looked on purpose for one for a wife.

I've heard it preached several times that the women all worked jobs keeping the War Machine going in WW2 and when the war was over they liked there liberation and never went back to the way it was.I think they don't like the liberation of working 40 hours and still needing to be a full time mother and home maker. They aren't designed for that life and neither are families. Americans decided we needed two cars, bigger houses, yearly vacations, and that kids needed stuff more than they needed mom. So mom works full time for stuff while kids sit in latch key before and after school and mom is too worn out to spend enough time just being mom. I'm glad we decided for me to work a little harder so she can do the job we all need her to do. Our vacations are close to home and we are all better off.

Actually, many families had no choice but to have both parents working. Actual income started to flatline for the "average" middle class in 1974. Related to COL everything else continued to go up but wages.
For anyone that could make it work with mom at home that was, is fantastic.
I'm blessed to be able to work a lot of OT and will agree familys will be very tight on most single family incomes. But then again Most Americans are deep in debt from buying things the want not need. big house, newer vehicles, vacations, designer clothing, out to eat and on. Everyon wants it right now. Credit Is the answer to that. And keeps them poor. Wait and save up and pay cash or better yet buy assets that pay you making your money work for you. Over time it will grow and them your assets can buy the nice things and pay your bills not your income from your job. And I have to think the girl in the video and many more like her have found their social media pitch to a target audience they make money on and question how much they believe what they say. Perfect nails, maybe some work done on her lips maybe it's the makeup? May just be me but not what I think of when I think of traditional wife.

In large part, what caused the decline in wages, forcing more and more women to work outside the home, was women working, thereby decreasing the scarcity of workers, which made workers have less financial value, so they could be paid less.
Women should be encouraged to stay home with the children. All of the recent surveys I have seen have said that well over 80% of young, American women would prefer to stay home with the children, while the men work outside the home. The most important thing a couple can do for our country's future is to raise children properly. Children raised by their mothers are much less likely to be indoctrinated into liberal ideology by the school system. Children, whose mother stays at home, on average learn more and are much more successful at all stages of life. They are many times less likely to become criminals.

We need to go back to a society where men work and most women stay home and guide our future Americans into being the best they can be.

 Keith

A friend of mine went to marriage counseling. Luckily it worked for them. He told me the counselor called him a traditional man. I had the feeling she didn't mean it as a compliment.
