You might not believe this but....

No beaver trapping in waterways that need repaired, the beaver will do it for free.

There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

That's sounds like bad news for Beaverpeeler. But, I hope not.

Essentially what it could mean, and likely will mean, is no taking of beaver on public land in Oregon.

This State is polluted with the liberal protectionist attitudes and agendas. The Department of Environmental Quality is who is going to determine which waterways are affected.

They are only going to look at the specific science they were told too, nothing else. This is wink, wink type legislature.

I predict nowhere will they determine beavers are not needed via the science set forth.

This State deserves what it gets for allowing this liberal democratic cancerous mess to get established here, IMO.

Are the big rivers in Oregon considered public?

Absolutely, the large rivers here are public to the mean high-water mark.

I think beaverpeeler is going to be affected, he will be learning how to cat trap without beaver carcasses now.

If they are deemed navigable, they are to be kept open for public use . Access above high water mark if private means no public access.......one must find public land above high water mark to gain access and then remain below high water mark when passing through private lands

At least that's how I understand it

Crazy, I guess I should stock up on new Duke 330’s. There is going to be a lot more problems with beavers. Not sure how they can dam up the big rivers here. These are bank den beavers. Crazy.

I think Beaverpeeler has a loophole that will keep him going.

(6) The provisions of subsections (2) and (3) of this section do not apply:
(a) To private lands;
(b) Below the ordinary high water line of a navigable waterway when the adjoining land
is private land;

How much of your boat line adjoins private land?

Crazy stuff continues to flow from in from the left coast.
Y’all are tougher than I.
I’d have to bail.

It is a little like getting pecked to death by a duck. We keep fighting to keep trapping....

I could say more about this current bill but I don't want to help the other side. Just let it be said we're not laying down.
