It made 100 degrees even at my house today. I don't think I have ever seen it in the 90's this time of the year. It has been dry all spring. It shows a chance of rain coming next week. I will bet we have a low below freezing in the next week too. I would guess today will be a record high, but the freezing that show up inn the next week will not be a record low.

Yep hot and dry and windy. Firah is my concern but going to be a long summer. My alfalfa i planted will be a disaster.

Yes, I hauled over 300 gallons of water today mostly by hand to the apple trees. That is a lot of 5 gallon pails for a fat old kid.

We haven't hit 100 here in the South yet. Mid 90s is high as we've seen so far.

I saw last night that Minot broke a record at 97 yesterday. The old record was from 1916 and was 94. The wind flat cranked last night about midnight. We should break another record today. They are saying 96 for a high today.

Looks like a weeks worth of rain headed our way, hope it happens.

It must be going to be used up before it gets here. I show a 60% chance Wednesday and 50%Thursday of showers. I could stand a three day soaker. 95 degrees now.

3/10 last week .still freezing except for last nite .Green grass but not growing until the freezing at night stops .(close ) come on grass !

We have had 3 new large fires start here since Sunday. One has already burned 40 structures. It is shaping up to be a long summer.

We have had some fires here too, but there is not much to burn. Where you are burns a little different then where I am. I am hoping or rain starting tomorrow. So far they can't make up their mind what it will do, so who knows.

What is crazy is that is 20+ degrees higher then normal . It just jumped up for four days and is dropping off hard starting tomorrow. Starting tomorrow for a week they show two days where the high is in the high 50's and the rest low 50 and 40's. Lows will be mostly in the 30's with 29 for this Saturday. My lows at the house are always cooler then what they say.

We could use a little dry here. Tired of the rain.

We've had drought here the past two years and so far this year will make it three years if we don't get rain and lots of it. Some boat landings have dried up on some good lakes I like to fish. Got a letter from the DNR about concerns of all the irrigators pumping in the area causing the water table to diminish affecting some of the streams and rural wells.

Depending on where you look in ND we are in a drought or severe drought. It looks like we will get some rain starting tomorrow morning.

We have a dry wind for the next few days, will suck all the rain/snow we HAD! Lots of dry weather will bring on the fire season early! Still freezes at night

Wind and ND seem to get along pretty well. 15-30 MPH most days. It says 15-25 with higher guests possible. I show thunder storms tomorrow, that can make the wind kick up to high gear. 40-60 is common then.

The thunder storms rolled in at 0545 this morning. I would guess we are at about a quarter inch of rain so far. It looks greener already. It shows more all day on and off and more the next two days.
