The closest thing we have to something like that is “philthy “ Phil’s Corner Store in downtown Uniontown.
Dinky little subs but a cult classic around here.

I frequently will take a couple of Subway Meatballs when I go fishing for something to gnaw on.
Cheesey Italian bread, Provolone cheese toasted, LOADED DOWN with everything EXCEPT Jalopyno's
Italian dressing, with Parmesiano, black pepper!
MMMMMMMMM good!

And a bottle of Mr Pibb or Pepsi to wash it down.
