What are some ingredients you add to it to enhance it?

I love anything avocado. It has more good nutrients and oils that do the body so much good.

I usually just like them fresh out of the peeling, but making a dip, mixing in the avocado with a little salt, garlic, onion , lime juice, salsa, a bit of hot sauce, a dollop of sour cream does well. I just mix the amount I want, no measuring. A little of something, then can always add more. You can add anything to it, really. It's like spaghetti sauce, there are many options.

My wife makes really good guacamole. However with avocados it doesn't stay green very long. It's turning brown on the top within a day or 2 which is okay to eat but it doesn't look very appetizing. With her recipe it makes a pretty good size bowl. I know she adds onion, cilantro and a small roma tomato along with cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, lime juice and garlic powder.
She also makes the best pico de gallo I've ever had.

Man I love avocado. We had a tree in the back yard when I was a kid.
Cilantro, on the other hand, should be outlawed.

Avocado onion and garlic.

I personally can't stand that black liquorice taste, so absolutely no cilantro for me

X3 on cilantro. It is way too bitter for my taste. Parsley I do like. That can be used instead. I bet some sweet pickle and a wee bit of the juice would mix excellent in that dip. Just thought of that.

onion, garlic, a bit of mashed roma tomato, diced jalapeño or chipotle, cilantro, cumin, smoked paprika if not using chipotle. Everything diced fine or pureed.

I like avocado but I feel our society overdoes it; much like everything. It’s a fad. A lot of fat. That being said, I do love guac. Lime juice and zest enhances a lot

Lemon juice also makes it so it does not brown right away.
I make mine like Antmans recipe.

Red onion, tomato, jalapeno, salt. black pepper and cilantro to taste plus some lemon juice

I can make a big bowl of guacamole and sit down and eat the whole thing with chips

Fresh Hass avocados only, none of that funky tasting package stuff
