I'd have to call B.S. on that. Democrats have always been the party of Slavery, today Slavery is just economic subversion. And building infrastructure for the country is not pouring money into big corporations. It makes a nation more able to move goods and people around, making things cheaper and more available, allowing all people to live a better life. And yes, corporations make money, but have you never heard the old adage that a rising tide raises ALL boats?

Holy Crap, thats the paper in my home town. I'll go find that author of the article and have him horse whipped. But, nobody reads the paper anymore.

I remember reading about John mosby nicknamed “ the rebel raider” before I even knew about the civil war… I think I was in the 4th grade at the time. My 5 grade year I was introduced to the civil war by our history teacher.. and it was an in depth lesson.. even showed the battle formations of several engagements,, of course Gettysburg, was the major one…Antietam, battle of the wilderness, Fredericksburg were the ones I remember most.
Our teacher didn’t go with the good guy, bad guy mantra..
he was responsible for my interest in the civil war.
