if it can get added that way it can go away that way

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

Perhaps because suppressors and SBRs are a tax issue, reconciliation may be an option and that would give it a decent chance. Would love to see that. I have resisted the urge to buy a suppressor because I expect they will be illegal here in Va once the Dems retake the governorship. The number and scope of anti-2A bills they have proposed in the past 2 years is amazing. Only gov Younkin has saved our constitutional rights.

I'm sure every suppressor manufacturer is against this as well as many people who hold them now. If this passes you'll find out what the true cost is to make one.

a LOT of the people who hold them now , would buy one for every single gun they own and be glad to be getting them for 250 dollars no tax stamp

only the super petty current suppressor owners are against de-regulating them.

now manufactures , some I suppose but not all.

Ya I'm sure every manufacturer is not looking forward to all the fly by night and every person with mill turning them out.

On the flip side they will be sold out for over a year

People already do that. They’re sold as “oil filters”

Y'all really think this part of the bill is meant to be passed?
It was added just for the Democrats so they can have it removed in the Senate
Bill's always have things we hope for but never get, it's the carrot on a stick play

you might well be right, wetdog..."throw away" bargaining chips.

I hope not, but...

Reciprocity for concealed carry is a bigger issue for me.

I don't think they're going to need a democrat vote.

I'm more worried about the handful of RINO's that like to be contrarian.

There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

Yes but the ATF put a damper on that going to people homes that bought them same as they went to people housed that bought the reset triggers asking questions.

When it's wide open and when guys drill holes in the end cap and baffles without an approved form 1 it will really take off.

Just leave Silencer Central a one star review, that might make them think about being self serving, and covert spoilers.

Unfortunately, you are most likely correct.

Doubt many Dems will vote for this, biggest problem is Murkowski and Collins and a few other idiots. Dems don't want to give Trump a win, but cutting Medicaid for illegals and lazy able bodied people looks like a sticking point.

I have zero faith that politicians will do anything to benefit the folks who currently are able to work the rough the NFA process to “legally” posses their regulated firearms and accessories.
But, I would he ecstatic if comes to pass.

Yep, but need to pass it all. No one to blame but themselves if it doesn't get passed when they have a majority in both.

I don't own any now because I refuse to jump through all the hoops. But I and probably a lot of others would buy the crap out of them without all the bs.

we absolutely need to burn down our Govt and start over with Common People, common goals and zero apprehensions about accountability. If you cave to the lobbyists or anyone esle, your constituents have the right to hang you publicly. Matter of fact, lets just host a beat the lobbiest to death weekend and televise it on pay per view. Use that money along with whats in the lobbiest coffers to eliminate me paying SS taxes. I am game. who else in onboard.
