Speaking of stamps. Can someone tell me whats the deal with buying forever stamps for less than face value on Ebay? Does the post office not print and sell the stamp?

Those stamps are likely counterfeit. Been millions of them coming in from China. I believe newer stamps glow under uv light. Older stamps don’t and are easy to copy.
