As I enter my 25th year at our Company, I continue to grow this thing with help from friends, family, and YES, trappers.
I need two or three trainees/new hires.
Areas: Bowling Green KY-Louisville KY area
E. Lansing-Flint-Detroit area
Role: Site acquisition/real estate for commercial wireless siting of towers (Verizon, TMO, AT&T, etc)
This is almost a sales job. You approach landowners who have land on a bullseye where one of the carriers above needs a site for coverage AND you give them free money!
The role also requires this agent to file the site into local zoning and get any and all permits needed for construction
They will also do amendments to leases and zoning for equipment changes to sites, like when the industry goes from 5G to 6G
Salary: mixed base salary with project based bonuses. In general, we assume a guy will duplicate his base salary in bonuses that are paid for milestones like lease signed, zoning filed, zoning approved, building permit acquired, etc. So, the bonuses are paid out throughout the year vs. at the end of the year.
So, if a trainee has a starting base of $50K we expect them to easily get to $100K or more after getting through the training AND has a full compliment of sites.
Most of my guys that have been here for more than five years are in the $150-$250K range but it takes some time to build up to that level
But, like many real estate roles, you work from home, have tons of flexibility, you eat what you kill, and generally enjoy a role with a ton of professional freedom, unlimited earning potential, and if desired, have a home for as long as you want it.
Our average tenured employee across all scopes and disciplines is pushing 20 years. People come here and never leave.
We do SO much more than towers......check out the website:
www.pyramidns.comMost of our work is on the public safety side, but we also do surveillance and safety as well.
If you have someone that might be interested, please PM me here. The person should be confident, outgoing, willing to talk to strangers, willing to stand up in front of a crowd at a zoning hearing and talk, etc.
Thanks!
