The middle one is an eel tailed catfish and the other 2 are golden perch or yellowbelly as we call them out here

I have never eaten a catfish but they are supposed to be really good.
The yellowbelly are pretty good though

The catfish around here are delicious! Probably my favorite tasting fish.

Out of the fish I've caught: (I only have pictures of the rainbow)
Rainbow trout:

Brook trout, brown trout, channel catfish, flathead catfish, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, white bass, yellow perch, brown bullhead, sheepshead, bluegill, crappie, sucker, rainbow darter (which look like this!)
and I think that's about it for fish that I've ever caught

whoops forgot about walleye and a musky (which might actually be a tiger musky which is a cross between a nothern pike and a musky):

I dont have pictures, but I have caught halibut, Irish Lords, Dolly Varden, sockeye salmon, Arctic grayling, and Coho salmon (silver salmon).
