My neighbor has this problem as he is Hispanic.
Once during a traffic stop the police officer asked if he was a U.S. citizen.
He replied he was born in Puerto Rico.
Officer asked again if he was a U.S. citizen.............

You should have visited Chicago after they let the scum destroy some of it! Opening of the eyes! If I owned some of the properties that are being destroyed I would expect help. Sadly a lot of people don't realize some of the properties they will destroy are there only real hope in being anything but a future slum.
