Wife and I watched from beginning to end , what a great parade for deserving people. Looking at the people in attendance you could see the pride in them.

Well done!

There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

I particularly liked the swearing in of the new soldiers. What a way to start your military service, by being sworn in by the POTUS himself.

Eh...wot?

Watched most of it. I think it was well planned and should help Army recruitment greatly over the next few years. This sort of event was long over due in my opinion. I don't watch the other channels since they are so biased in their way of life and coverage.

I watched part of it and felt and experienced a whole different feeling. Not sure how many on here are combat veterans or what there experiences were or disabled but things are different. Nothing glorified about war, the machines or what gets us into war hats off to anyone that served things are just different for some.

I watched up until the hockey game started. Some networks are comparing it to RU or North Korea, but I think they should do something like this every year with the other branches too. It's about pride in your forces.

I wonder how this bunch of "media" will react in 2026 when the U.S. celebrates 250 years since our Declaration of Independence? Hope there is even a bigger parade!

I have recorded it so I'll be watching asap. Since Im at the Idaho Trappers meet yesterday and still down in Salmon.

Great country, cowboys everywhere too ,a big rodeo going on here.

Saw a number of veterans , including Vietnam vets, and to a person they were so proud to see the parade. Not a freak or a TDS in sight. True Americans. ALL the vets loved to see the parade.

Thank you, Mr Paul. My weakness for fur got the best of me while I was at the rondy and I had to buy one of the largest , most beautiful long haired Montana badgers Ive ever seen. All the colours I like to see in them. Oh, and your Tonquin Musk was once again great to mask other "perfume" lures in the place . Cant thank you enough for that bottle .

Saw bits of the parade on Truth Social but I'm looking to see the whole thing later.

Fort Greenville was one of the first Army headquarters for the US, under General George Washington. Its where they opened up the country for Western expansion. The treaty of Greenville. Tecumseh Point is right near the traffic circle (which was the front of the fort back then) of downtown Greenville which is what 75 yards from the traffic circle. Its called Tecumseh Point b/c thats where a camp of about 1200 natives lived and burned a bon fire for 2-3 years straight... everyday. The fort was 55 acres. Imagine planting all of those pillars or whatever you call the walls of a fort... around 55 acres. wow. Anyway some Army history you may not have known. Its where Lewis met Clark. One of them was a respected captain sent into the wilderness to tame it. The other was a drunk sent into the wilderness as part of his banishment for being a drunk. Apparently they hit it off there. hahaha. Anyway. Go Army!

I watched, and while it's great being patriotic and holding a parade my Old Guard Tomb Badge wearing drill SFC Burns would have popped a blood vessel at the state of close order drill on display.
