Should be an interesting sale. Has been a fair amount of online bidding on the dressed fur and other crafter type goods. The main furbearers not so much. If I was buying 1000 rats, I guess I would want to see them in person.

I called Cheryl about very slow loading photo's to bid and she said a lot of buyers are having the same problem. So many people logged in that buyers can't give instruction to raise bids on lots they want.

That should help keep the bids down. Sometimes I wonder, sometimes I know.

So with online bidding, you don’t just put your highest bid right off the bat? You can actually see if you’re getting out bid right away, almost live?
When the auctioneer says “220 is mine” or “I have 225 here” but doesn’t point to anyone……is he referring to an online bidder?
Lots of questions Wissmiss…..lol

After the PT sales that happen after the auction. Click “Buyers” then under the sold catalog and you can pick which auction you want to see.

Shakeyjake - you are correct on both statements. You catch on fast. LOL

Being a fur buyer on the international auction level is kinda like trapping coyotes. Lots of little “tricks”!!

Well, not really…..
I was just telling guys that I gotta target my wolves from November to January. My later caught ones aren’t as nice, but I just got $300 for one of my ugly eastern Manitoba wolves….. I’m averaging better than the last auction…… What the heck do I know….lol

I'm happy. Waiting for skunks next. It's worth it for me to taxi skin even the ugly ones. A wolfer from Saskatchewan said he put's all his up taxi. Get $150 for it instead of $40.

Skunks AVERAGE was right at $80. Now, how to keep the fox and coyotes out of your skunk traps?? And, I need a big spatula for the roadkills.

Any idea what skunk is being used for to cause such crazy price's? It's the 1920's all over again, skunks worth a mint and fox are worthless. History repeats itself.
