It just blows my mind that the village arse idiot driving the vehicle failing to yield the ROW, darn well knows what cargo they have on board, yet, they disregard the safety of the children and others in their vehicle. neither of the two idiots today were on cell phones, they had both hands on the steering wheel but certainly the heads were up their arses. And to say I saw them very close, I saw the VERY close. If I could've jum[ed out fast enough on the last one I would have thrown a pickle bottle through her window because she was hanging me the middle finger, speed limit there for me is 60, I was going 53 mph.

Same thing here Barry. they drive like they wont die at the rate of speed they are traveling. I think drivers education now should include taking these young folks to autopsies so they can see what happens to stupid folks. then, make them go to the funerals of kids who died acting stupid and see how it destroys their families and friends.

I am certainly venting. to the 10th power. thats why I shall avoid this intersection but I am in contact with TX DPS SGt here and I am going to spot for them this coming week and they will provide 2 State Troopers to initiate the traffic stops. And yes, I will be recording. Just in case you or others dont know I am a retired LEO with 33 years. One Trooper will be with me hiding in a hayfield gap and the other will be on top of a hill 300 yards the opposite direction in another hay field gap owned by the same family. This family is sick of this crap too. The problem is for the past four years we only had two state Troopers out of 16 assigned to our county who were here and their only tasks were to respond to crash investigations and fatalities. Now that both they and our Game Wardens are back in County, its about to get western for these morons. Parks and Wildlife has set aside four of their Wardens, they are Peace Officers in the state of Tx, to assist. This is gonna be a hoot. Aint gonna be any citations due to the sheer volume of fatalities and major crashes in this intersection and a stretch of the FM 3278 Trinity River Bridge below the Lake Livingston Dam. They are rebuilding this bridge due to the damage of the massive flooding we had in 2024 in April and May. Its single lane and people are ignoring the timed red light on each end. The Game wardens will work that stretch and I have gotten with the landowner where the Troopers will be setting up. He has placed an ample amount of large round bales of hay to give them the cover they need to help correct this issue post haste. His wife owns a catering business and will be providing food for them until the problem is under control. Its a darn shame it has come to this but stupid arse people do stupid arse things.

Ther is a double round a bout in Jeffersonville Indiana on hwy 62 where you get off and on I265. I have to do a lot of evasive driving there quite often. It's confusing and a lot of drivers don't know where each lane is to go.
Has a lady come across and cut me off would have hit her had I not been watching and slowed . She had no clue she almost got hit. Semi's turn over ther often as well. bad planning but it's what we have to deal with.

Bigbob, you have no idea how the laws work down here. you are from Missouri, I aint. I dont give two dams about any lawyer suing me over this. they violate the law and get injured, the burden is on them, not me. dont do stupid crap and you will be ok
