Actually wouldn't be hard depending on what type of nukes they had. The big movie style silo stored ICBM's are one thing but don't forget how much trouble we had tracking down SCUDS. I mean I'm more worried about smaller man portable nukes then anything. Stuff like what out green teams where training on to halo jump in with in Vietnam where highly man portable and easy to move around..
