Eat as is. Or sear and leave rare and sprinkle a touch of pepper and maybe some lemon juice.

Geez, even the Chinese won't eat raw fish....which surprised me cause I've seen what they WILL eat...

but just a little salt and pepper with a squeeze of lemon....on your COOKED tuna...lol
