Sheepdog1 OP trapper S Joined: Sep 2015 Livingston, Texas	homes lost, kids in church camps missing. catastrophic flooding in the Brady, Junction, Fredricksburg area and more rain still falling. please pray for these folks. that area cant handle much rain and with over 15-18 inches having fallen in the past 36 hours, gonna get much worse I am afraid.

Leftlane "HOSS" Joined: Dec 2009 The Hill Country of Texas	The fairly vast drainages that into the Guadalupe are stone- either granite or limestone meaning there is basically no soil to absorb a large rainfall. Generally here the conditions for flood you can see overhead or have advance warning.

Its going to be a sobering reminder of the great failure of those elected folks within those state districts. every one of them needs to be removed from office and should have to actively assist with recovering those who perished.
